Many people lack the knowledge and motivation to start a whole new lifestyle to reach their fitness goals. It’s pretty scary to do that all on your own. In my experience, it’s better to encourage small changes that can be implemented right away to fit the client’s personal needs & current lifestyle. It’s about meeting the client where they’re at, rather than attempting to bring them up to where I think they should be.
Unlike many other trainers, I take a deep interest in you. Each person’s goals are different, which means each routine is different — at Fit Solutions, no two clients have the same routine. This is why I do a full health assessment and ask a lot of personal questions, right down to the type of music you like to listen to. All of these questions help me create a routine designed to suit you and help you achieve your specific goals effectively.
My promise to you is to take the time to get to know what works best for you. I will create a diet plan with your likes and dislikes in mind. I’ll coach you through the small, behavioral changes necessary to be successful, and be certain you are meeting new milestones each week.
