PRICING

Initial consultation is free. Each one hour private personal training session is $75. Discounts are available for multiple session packages.

Spring Break Special: 10 sessions for $599 ($150 discount).

Training

  • I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your session begins. Please note that sessions begin and end on time. If you arrive late, we will not be able to complete the full session, and session fees cannot be prorated.

  • Please wear appropriate gym attire for your workout. No jeans, flip flops/sandals or heels will be permitted during training sessions.

Booking

  • There are no memberships available for Fit Solutions; it is an appointment-based facility.

  • I recommend booking your training sessions in advance, particularly for weekend sessions.

  • When booking a session, please let me know if you are pregnant or have any health concerns, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, or allergies. I will tailor your experience accordingly.

Policies

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours before your session to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

  • Please, no children under the age of 10 unless accompanied and monitored by a parent.

  • In order to provide you with the best possible experience and results, we ask that you please not use your cell phones during training sessions.

  • Fit Solutions accepts cash, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
